tüm dosya  formatlarım enc formatına çevrildi şifre çözücüsü var mı geri eski hale nasıl gelicek ?

When you *refresh* the page of course it will end the session!

A 30 minute wait is not long, IF you cannot wait patiently you can always send them an email.

  1. It's not necessary to raise duplicate topics: .enc virüsü (CryptoPatronum Ransomware)
  2. Which page? 
  3. Read: How to remove Ransomware from Windows & decrypt files
  4. Log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service - https://support.kaspersky.com/tr/b2c/tr -
    on the support page - select Email, then fill in Malware, My files have been encrypted - please include any screen images of the error & a detailed history. Support may request logs, traces & other data; they will guide you.

Maalesef bilinen bir deşifre aracı blunmuyor. Zararlıyı temizleyip dosyalarınızı yedekleyip beklemiz gerekiyor. Alternatif olarak kurtarma yazılımları deneyebilirsiniz.
