I have got a virus that someone stole my account in facebook, instagram, steam etc. I purchased kaspersky premium and did a format in 4 from 5 disks. The last disk in very important with many files from work so i cant format it. Maybe there is something left as a virus in there. After the purchase of Kaspersky Premium and the scans, now i got a virus in my email. I got about 200+ emails about subscribtion in newsletter of variety sites. What can i do?

Thank you,

The first time I scanned after the purchase. The kaspersky found about 5 files of remote operation. I deleted them. and now happens this with the email.

Also, change password in Your social accounts, then use an Authentication app 2FA connected to those social media account.

About the SPAM emails, just block them all marking as SPAM in Your email provider config, if it is GMail, it will be easy to block them all.

If the scan result is safe then your system is clean .  Can’t you activate a spam filter in your webmail backoffice ? Also at this moment a format is not the fix 🤔.

is it safe to use my email from now on? I don't know what kind of moves that hacker-bot made. Many weird emails that sent as it was me. Even my email adress is half Caps On

Also, change the password of Your email address, and mark all those messages as SPAM. Additionally, use a 2FA app (Google Authenticator  or Microsoft Authenticator) for Your logging into Your GMail account.

Yes i  Did. Also the last time that someone hacked my facebook. My account was 2fa but it didn't worked. in 1 minute I received 4 emails that: I canged my password, I added an email, i deleted my email, i deleted my phone number. That easy, hopefuly somehow my pc was already connected so i added again my phone number and then saved everything again. But, i feel no safe anymore. I think there is a program at Kasperky Premium that an expert can take control of my pc and scan entirely. How is that possible? I still have virus 100% but I don;t know what to do.

No available technicians at this moment. Now it's a second wave of the same email incoming. What's the solution? I keep marking all those emails on spam again and again? I need this to stop.

Are the IP addresses from the senders the same or different 🤔
