By the time emailed codes arrive at in the email the expiry window has closed. I am trying to add another device. Each time I press add a device I am shown download links but the app on my tablet is already installed. I want to add the device, not download the link and install again.

  2. Which email codes? Has 2FA / SMS OR Authenticator codes been set up? 
  3. Is the Kaspersky Secure Connection subscription Premium OR Free? 
  4. Do (you) mean https://my.kaspersky.com/MyDevices#/portal/pages/devices image.thumb.png.60b5abecfde415a0ae099efb9cd0b16b.png
  5. What is the *actual* problem? IF Kaspersky Secure Connection software is *already* installed (you) do not need to *reinstall* it unless there's a problem, IF there's a problem, first *uninstall* the existing software & then clean install; when the Kaspersky Secure Connection *application* is installed (you) *must* sign into the application with the same email address that (you) use to sign into (your) MyKaspersky account - so the Kaspersky Secure Connection & (your) MyKaspersky account *synchronise* & the subscription is *verified*.

I bought 2 copies of kvpn, 1 with active key, 1 without active key. The version with active key is full of 5 devices, so if I use more then buy a new version without active key. When I'm entering mail, it always gets pushed to the version with active key. Now 1 copy is full, 1 copy cannot be used because they are all pushed to the version using the active key, the version using the pre-purchased active key. Please help me

  1. Kaspersky Plus *also* includes Kaspersky Unlimited Premium VPN, for one User account, for 5 devices.
  2. Please log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - select either Email or Chat, then fill in the template as shown; include a *detailed history*.
