I have tried uploading the virus but it is unusable, reporting the system has no way to unlock or destroy this virus. can someone help me?

If you have a Kaspersky license please contact Kaspersky Technical Support. Also, in a lot of cases files can't be decrypted without the private key that is only known by the attacker.
