Duplicate payments auto renewal and billing from digital rivercom

I have two laptops at home (Lenova and Dell). An auto renewal subscription was done (for Rs 1,869.15) on 6-Nov-2019 for the period 2019-20 and the subscription was auto renewed (for Rs. 1,869.15) for 2020-21 on 7-Nov-2020. However, in one of my laptops the activation was not getting accepted by the system. Hence I placed a new order on 10-Nov-2020 for the period 2020-21 and the charge was Rs. 2,202.60. Now both my laptops were activated by paying two subscriptions (duplicate) for two laptops for one year. For current year (2022-23) the subscription was auto renewed on 19-Oct-2022 for Rs. 2205.60 and the communication was sent from *****@*****.tld. The order details are given below:

order date 19-Oct-2022, Renewal order No. 115616884100, Original order No. 102299805513

Only one laptop was activated, but my other laptop is insisting on subscription renewal.

My issue is

How can I rectify this anomaly so that both my laptops are activated with one auto renewal subscription payment.
