Downloading the pages instead of opening it with Kaspersky Free

Hi! I need some help:
When opening a web page from a Google search result, the first time you click on the page, instead of going to it, it is downloaded. When you click on the same link again, it opens correctly, without downloading. This behavior occurs when going to not all pages from the Google search results, but only some. Also, this problem occurs only under the following circumstances:
1) the browser is Google Chrome. Both in normal mode and incognito. Enabled/downloaded browser plugins do not matter.
There is no such problem in any other browser.
2) Kaspersky Free antivirus is enabled. It does not matter whether the protection is active or not. It is important that the program itself is running;
3) going to a specific page from a Google search result, if you go to this page from other search engines, the page opens correctly immediately, and does not download.

We cannot replicate the issue, from (your) link, the URL & direct search:             

1. Which Kav Free version is installed, on the Windows Taskbar *Hidden icons*, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About? 
2. When the download happens, what is downloaded, post a full-screen-screen-image please, we need to see what you see? 
3. Are there any errors in Kaspersky Reports? 
4. Has the Chrome browser been reset to default? 
5. Can you explain your dot point number 2 please? 
6. Which other sites is the issue happening with?

I checked the URL and the result is "clean" 🤔 , please scan your system with Kaspersky Free ?

on second click page opens correctly, without downlouding like on screen

3) No reports, i even reinstall kas free - no results
4) Reset browser doesnt help too
5) this means that this problem occurs only when the program is running and it does not matter whether the system protection is currently active or is in the "paused" state. If you terminate the Kaspersky Free program process, the problems will not be reproduced.
6) there were several examples on different sites, if I remember them, I will add examples to the comment

update:
delete chrome browser and reinstall it, solve the problem (but it painfully, lost some history and etc)
So, we can assume it was some kind of bug, I guess, sorry to bother
