Download denied

I am having a problem downloading a new version of JTAlert 2.63 as a safe file

which Kaspersky Premium flags as containing a virus.

All previous versions prior to 2.63 over the years have downloaded okay with no issues.

I am having the same issue, Kasperski detects JTAlert as a :  HEUR Trojan. WWin32 Generic.  so far support has not been able to fix this issue for me.
