Domain has been flagged

[DAS-Daston]

I have received an report that our domain has been flagged by your systems.

These are systems used by our software, we believe this to be a mistake. 

Can you please assist?

It seems it only works with browsers with SNI support...

Thanks for the response. Must be a false report from user. 
I will continue to monitor.
