Does Total Security come with secure connection?

I have Total Security but am still being asked to pay for Secure Connection, are they linked and if so how do I find my activation code?

Kaspersky Total Security comes with the free version of Kaspersky Secure Connection. 
The free version is limited to 200Mb of traffic per day (300 Mb per day if you connected to the portal my.kaspersky.com). In addition, you cannot select a VPN server in it.

To remove these restrictions, you must purchase a subscription.
