i have never got a response email for my submissions through opentip.
Did you?
they do analysis but i don’t get any email about result of the analysis..

Welcome!

Unfortunately, there’s nothing in their documentation that specifically answers your question, the Submitting objects for re-validation help says: “provide your email address so that Kaspersky experts can contact you. ”

Our understanding is that the Kaspersky OT experts do not reply to every re-validation email🤔
