dns error no matter what web page

no matter what page I go to, weather its bookmarked or not I get a dns error and its getting pretty annoying I use google chrome with a windows 10 os

Hello,

Please check the system services “DNS Client” is started and enabled?

Press Win + R keyboard buttom and type services.msc to go to system servies manager.
