Distribution Package Missing 'Prepare' Option Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud [MOVED]

Trying to push some registry keys onto my endpoints, I’ve exported my keys and made my change.bat file, now to create the Package: The instructions say go to ‘Distribution Packages’ and “Prepare” package by pressing the ‘Prepare’ button- there is no prepare button  (see screen shot). Any ideas?
