Dispositivos en la Consola - Small Business Security

Tengo un problema en visualizar en la consola los dispositivos MAC que instalaron la licencia Internet Security for Mac. No visualizo los dispositivos. Los dispositivos Windows no tengo inconvenientes en visualizarlos en la consola. Me pueden decir si hay algún problema?
