I remember there was a option to disable Transition Animation in Settings but not finding it in KTS 2021 :/

Yes. I am too hunting for this feature. I found it nowhere in Kaspersky Internet Security 2021. It would be great if we get the solution.

The solution is: 

In v21, Smooth transition between windows has been incorporated into the application interface by default. 

In v21 onwards, Smooth transition between windows cannot be manually manipulated.

yes i remember pls fix kaspersky because my epic game launcher is not working’

im beginner to kaspersky so pls help :/

Welcome!

The “Kaspersky Total Security display settings” as shown in our image above, posted 13th Feb, 2021, in reply to @darkbee101, are from a earlier version of KTS, from v21.* onwards, Kaspersky Total Security display settings have been incorporated into  the software; there is no option to manually change Kaspersky Total Security display settings any more. 

  1. What is happening with epic game launcher that makes you think it’s related to Kaspersky? 
  2. When did  epic game launcher issue begin? 
  3. If Kaspersky is paused & exited , does  epic game launcher work? 
  4. Post a full screen image of  epic game launcher issue? 
  5. Is (Kaspersky) Gaming mode enabled → open KTS, select Settings⚙ , select General, select Use Gaming mode. 
  6. Which KTS version & patch(x) is installed, in Windows hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About? 
  7. Windows OS version & build → in Windows Search🔎 field, type winver → a small popup will show the required information?

uhh yeah i have gaming mode this started of at jan 8 so i disabled protection in KTS v.20 then epic games launcher was working but in KTS v.21 its was enabled and i did not find the disable protection option in general

  3. i do not get what it is 😕 im confused plus I'm sad because I'm a fortnite youtuber I'm planning to uninstall kaspersky

  5. if i cannot disable protection I'm deleting kaspersky
  6. I'm done with this nonsense.

  • We are trying to help. 
  • “Kaspersky Total Security display settings” option, no longer exists. 
  • When you say “i do not get what it is”, what is “it”, what are you referring to? 
  • Disabling protection is not done & was never done via  “Kaspersky Total Security display settings’; disabling protection can be done, however, it’s not recommended →  in Windows hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select Pause protection.  
  • It’s up to you whether or not you uninstall Kaspersky, it’s your choice. 
  1. KTS is up to version 21.3, we suggest you uninstall 21.2, save License information ONLY, do not save any other option → at the end of the uninstall, make sure the PC is shutdown, using Shutdown, not Restart, power on, login. 
  2. Check the system for any Software conflicts? 
  3. Download KTS 21.3
  4. Install 21.3 →  at the end of the install, make sure the PC is shutdown, using Shutdown, not Restart, power on, login. 
  5. Check & make sure patch(a) has been updated? 
  6. Run a manual Database update. 
  7. Run a manual Full scan, allow it to complete.
  8. Make sure Gaming mode is enabled? 
  9. Recheck epic games launcher issue→ if it persists you need to post screen prints of the problem so we can see the problem, because you have not explained?
