Digital signal missing cant play game

I have just had this problem pop up. I acnnot play my game as it says error code 4 server unavailble. I did some research and everyuthing says its my Kaspersky. I have found that it was sent to low restrictred. I have trusted it and allowed it access etc and still when i load it changes in the application activity to digital signal missing. 

 

 Is this blockinmg my game thinking its a virus or malware? It seems it isnt recognising where its coming from. Lots of gamers having this issue .. [;ease help!!

Please post the screenshot of the error message.

Please read @Sib3riX ‘s topic: PUBG Low Restricted by KIS 2020. Can you please whitelist this game again to trusted game by default? [Solved] [Closed]; specifically the information from @Anton Mefodys - the issue may similar.
