when I changed my credit card number to pay for another 2 years I found my bank had recorded a charge from the title. I typed the title into my search engine and noticed something odd with Kaspersky attached to this name. What is this about? Have I been hacked by this entity? I did not, to my knowledge, approve of this if it is related to Kaspersky.........so please inform me if this is legitimate. Thank you

I never gave an approval to have Digital river bill my credit card for anything. I've been a customer of yours for the last 5 years....this just caused Visa to cancel my card and now I'm going through due process to acquire new ones. I am thoroughly disappointed and I have NEVER had an issue with your service until now. If this isn't rectified immediately I'll cancel my account as of the current term-end. Dennis

Hi Dennis, is it possible that you bought a Kaspersky Lab product on its official website but forgot to uncheck "Auto Renewal"? You may have purchased your AV-product with subscription, but you can cancel it at any time. Please look here, if you want to cancel the subscription: https://www.kaspersky.com/auto-renewal-service I understand that this upsets you, recently fell into a subscription trap myself and then wondered about a billing. Nevertheless, I hope that everything will turn out for the best with you. In case of trouble the Kaspersky Lab Support will help you! :v_tone2: Kind regards, Leon

No. All I did was update my credit card number through my Kaspersky account link.....because I hadn't done that since getting trapped in another scam last year. Then....when checking my bank account I find this billing for $1.37 added from Digital River who I have no idea WTF they are. Man I hate this kind of shit. Now I'm waiting for new CC to arrive.

Hello Dennis, I can understand why you're concerned, however, we (the Community) cannot answer why there's a charge from Digital River, nor whether the charge is legitimate or not. The Kaspersky Support Team customerservicesolution@kaspersky.com should be able to investigate the issue and explain what's happened. Best regards!
