Devices missing in kaspersky endpoint security cloud [moved]

I have installed endpoint security cloud on a number of devices and servers. when I log on to the business hub, it seems that some of the devices intermittently appear in the devices list.

A couple of servers constantly appear, but some of them come and go.

I can confirm that on all servers, the endpoint security software has been installed, and activated.

Does anybody know what causes this and how I can resolve this issue?
