Hi,

After resetting Macbook Air to factory settings, I've installed Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud Plus again for a different user, but it's not showing in my company's workspace. The app itself is working, just not registering. Klnagent process is active.

Do you meant Activation code is not registered in kesmac, if it happens check network firewall is somehow interrupting the communication between cloud console and mac devices. you may enter activation code manually.

I've already entered the activation code and the app on the device is working. The problem is that I do not see the device in my company's Kaspersky workspace (web console).

Looks like there is no klnagchk tool. This is what I see:

ls "Library/Application Support/Kaspersky Lab/"

com.kaspersky.kav_agent

It means the network agent is not installed. If no network agent installed no connection to the workspace can be done.

The only way to solve it is to uninstall the product. Then create a new KES Mac package in your workspace and reinstall it on the client.

If this will not work open a ticket with Technical Support.
