Detection after install a unknown exe. I uninstalled that exe, but object not processed.

1. Which KTS version & patch(x) x=letter, on the Windows Taskbar or hidden icons, righclick the Kaspersky icon, select About?
2. What was the name of the unknown exe ? 
3. What does the 1 object not processed  show → image 1 ? 
4. In Scan → image 1, select the Scan Report icon, save the Report, attach⚙ to your reply please? 
5. What options are available when the V (beside the Resolve all) is selected → image 2?
