Detecting beastbuying.com

One of my computers has been infected by beastbuying.com - the symptom is fake “virus detected” and “system infected” messages popping up endlessly in the lower righthand corner of my screen. At the time I didn’t have any Kaspersky products installed as I was going with Windows Defender only. Since then I have installed both Total Security and the free download Virus Removal and scanned with each, but nothing was detected. Has anyone else had a similar problem and been able to solve it?
