Dedicated Streaming VPN getting blocked by Netflix (Japan)

Turning on the streaming option in Kaspersky VPN app for Japan - Tokyo but Netflix (Japan) gets blocked by Netflix error code F7037-1111 in Firefox Browser

Netflix flags the streaming session as a VPN connection and blocks access.

Not letting me watch Japanese Netflix title Chainsaw Man :(

Also, Kaspersky's documented advice dated Last review: Dec 8, 2022: Supported streaming services: Netflix USA, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan?

1. May we have an *example* of a Japanse ISP that is blocking Kaspersky please? 
2. What *error* do you see when you try to access a webpage - post a *fullscreen*screen-print please? 
3. Are you physically located in Japan? IF the answer is 'Yes', is access via Japan OR Fastest server? 

4. Using - https://www.maxmind.com/en/locate-my-ip-address - can you test please & post a *fullscreen* screen-print of the result please?

The  use of vpn is not  prohibited in Japan , the problem is on your side.

No, there are no VPN blocks by ISPs in Japan. However, the use of VPNs is not permitted by many banks and payment apps
