"Dating adds" while surfing

Last 7days Ive been constatly getting dating adds while browsing.

See picture attached.

Also I get a lot of trash mail in my gmail account (primary mail).

I tried making full scan with kaspersky but I doesnt find anything. I made an database update.

Please can you help couse this is geting anyoing.

Will it fix the dating ads issue?

Make sure Anti-Banner is enabled and Kaspersky Protection extension is installed in Chrome.

Also, regarding “Gmail trash mail ", read: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/8151?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop →  presumably all (your) spam filters are working ?

Start using the Block function.

Probably best not to use the unsubscribe if they're determined porn spammers.

I did the reset, closed the Chrome, restarted the computer.

Did not help :-(

One thing that I noticed...look pic attached….When this thing appears, it has a yellow star like its an important email…..when I clik on it to open it, it just opens a new tab in Chrome...and then its gone from the gmail

I don’t see suspicious applications but can you please submit file “acrotray.exe” here https://opentip.kaspersky.com/  and ask for reanalyze.

MSCONFIG → Startup [Tab] → right click  “ acrotray.exe” → Properties → General → Location

When I write “msconfig” in star menu, I get this window

Use adware cleaner you probably have adware installed in your pc. Sometimes even kac wont detect it. 

Remove chrome from your pc and install again. 

Also use ublock origin thats the best adblocker on internet atm.
