I have been trying to update my databases in Kaspersky Total Security [version 21.3.10.391 (m)].

I’ve try to do this update manually many times. Every time I try, I still get the same message [see attachment].

I have functioning internet connections! I have a multi device license. This is happening on all 3 of the PC's I have,

How can I repair this?

Looks like the website https://s06.upd.kaspersky.com/br/bb is NOT secure, so your communications with it are exposed.  It's not supporting https.  I would not use it.   Looks like it's time to get a refund and switch to another solution.

Hello @AbbieSomething

Welcome!

We're not sure why (you've) tacked /br/bb onto the Kaspersky Update Server.

Here's a comprehensive list: Kaspersky update servers

Please read & follow: How to request a refund for a Kaspersky application, noting Kaspersky has a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Thank you🙏

In the meantime I already contacted  Kaspersky about this matter.

Additionally :
The Kaspersky Update Servers are protected and not accessible ,
if you confirm you land on https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads

↓ Test in an isolated environment ↓

The source links ending with /br/bb are refering to updates that  are no longer available for users located in the USA.
