Still not working even after following all the steps. And, The antivirus is also installed in a week. So, kindly look into the problem

What’s the “Date” time in

“C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP21.3\Data\u1901g.xml”

and download the file from here.

Are they the same now? In my side, its value is 19042021 0604 (2021/04/19 06:04), if they are different, Is the Date time of the update file on the KL update server newer than the update file on the local disk?

I think problem is not present, it starts it’s auto update after some time of computer boot up unlike my other 8 gb ram laptop, where it automatically updates instantly.

Actually, my laptop (4gb ram) was kinda slow (when using windows defender), now after installing kaspersky this slow laptop is working smoothly. So, I think it’s pretty much. Kaspersky internet security is a great product.
