Databases are not updating automatically

Dear Users,

 

my databases are not updating, either automatically nor manually. Something is not working. 

I think the SW has an issue with my Laptop. Please help me.

Same problem here. I am on the internet or I wouldn’t be able to get in here to ask the same question. Been over an hour and it won’t update, not even 1%.

I have used Kaspersky for 10 years and had no major issues until I moved to Windows 10, after which this issue arises every few weeks. The first couple of times I raised a ticket but supplying all the info Kaspersky need to assist is very time consuming so after a while I gave up doing this. The issue invariably clears up when they next issue a patch and in the meantime I just manually update every day. So, if you value your time you might want to just do this - when I did raise tickets they were unable to find anything wrong at my end and ended up telling me that the patch would sort it, so all my efforts were pointless.

The problem is though that sometimes manually updating doesn’t work either, and I am in that situation right now.

My subscription is about to expire and I cancelled my auto-renewal earlier in the year due to these repeated issues. After 10 years with Kaspersky I am reluctantly moving to another product as it just doesn’t seem to work properly with Windows 10 and has been very high maintenance over the last 12 months.

Hi I have Windows 10 and no problem…

Windows 10 have a lot of problems as operating system..

Can you please post screenshot?
