Hi, Please upload the necessary information so that we can help you (Version and build of Kaspersky installed, OS and servicepack installed, upload your getsysteminfo (gsi) using the latest available version of it, you must send the URL of the Web that is generated with the report, to review it, etc ...). To generate the getsysteminfo (gsi) check this link: https://support.kaspersky.co.uk/common/diagnostics/3632#block7 Getsysteminfo (GSI) direct download: http://media.kaspersky.com/utilities/ConsumerUtilities/GetSystemInfo6.2.zip In addition to attaching the gsi file, it is advisable to send the URL link of the Web that is generated with the report, to facilitate the work. Upload also the update log. Regards

Also, in addition to what Caos indicates in the post located above this post, Latest percentage errors normally could be corrupted database. Did your pc update windows? Did you tried to reinstall the av? The license must work fine until the last day of it so, no worry about it //edit: add Also....

Hi Rambo As well as the two above posts. Please try rebooting your windows 10 laptop. After reboot try to run Kaspersky update again. Thank you

In addition to several posts already posted located above this post, Due to the instability caused by the server connection, if you make an error in this update source, you will not continue to download the failed file after automatically jumping to the next update source. This will result in an update error. You can try to update it again. Database, or update the database after restarting, or update the database after a while, this will help you solve this problem!

My Kaspersky Internet Security v 19.0.0.1008(e) is NOT updating! I've reinstalled and I just performed the proxy change listed above. "Settings > Additional > Network > Proxy server settings > Do not use proxy server > Save." I've attached the export file when it says "failed'. If I restart it is successful but upon updating after it's running it fails. 08.05.2019 19.10.43 Update of databases and application modules Not all components were updated. Hi repeatedinstalls , welcome to the new forum. You have posted the list of (failed) updates, more details can be found in the log of a single update. Mark a failed update, there should be a 'Details' button on the right side. Click on it. Can you see the module that could not be updated? Please check several updates to see whether it's always the same module.

Hi, My case is slightly different. I havent been able to update since 5/5/19. In the detailed report, it says: Application databases were not updated. Update Error. Error: Gaming Mode. How to fix it? I recalled I have had this problem before but I forgot how, but somehow it was fixed. Kindly assist. Rgds, Rianto

I am having the same issue as Rambo with the database updates failing. I have rebooted my laptop multiple times. It fixes the issue sometimes but goes back to updates failing. What other solutions or ideas could I try?
