it is a fresh installation. debian. 

with kapseprsky web traffic sequrity gettting Database update     Failure 

how to fix?

Hi there,

Is your system in the correct time zone and correctly time sync'ed ? NTP and the likes ?
Have you investigated the PostgreSQL errors shown on the kwtsdb.service status ?

time is correct. the postgres errors are obvious but how to connect to the postgres. where to get user and password.
