Dangerous URL blocked; softget. fr.exe [Closed]

hi everybody

last week, my KIS2019 detect something named “fr.exe”, and said: it couldnt be disinfected, then deleted it. windows is 8.1

after this, whenever i restart my laptop, at first KIS says this:

“18.04.2020 12.07.23; Dangerous URL blocked;

ht tp://softget . host/rs  /st/fr .exe;

URL; Kaspersky Security Network information;Wget: retrieve files from the WWW;04/18/2020 12:07:23”
and says close this URL in your browser, while i hadnt opened any browser!


and one more thing, after this problem, whenever i restart my laptop,i see, the task manger has been disabled. and i have to to go REGEDIT and delet something to fix it, but after restart the problem again….
is there any relation between my two problems?
please say to me, what should i do.

Welcome!

Please edit your post & disable the links

  • 1 Create a System Restore Point
  • 2 Export all Bookmarks for all supported browsers.
  •   2 Run a reset cleanup of ALL installed browsers, so all browsers are reset to default.

  • 4 Now, do not open any Browsers at this stage. 
  • 5 Run KIS Privacy Wizard, select ALL of the following: 
  • a] Perform strongly recommended actions,
  • b] Perform recommended actions.
  • c] Perform additional actions
  • At the completion of the Wizard do not select Reboot
  • 6 Run Windows in Safe Mode
  • 7 Delete everything in C:\Windows\Temp C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\Temp
  • 8 Return to Normal Mode, start KIS.
  • 9 Run manual KIS database update - allow it to complete.
  • Run a KIS Full scan - don’t use the computer while it’s running. 
  • 🔟 Recheck the Dangerous URL alert?
  • If it persists, run the report of Adware Cleaner - do not actually run the clean, post the report here please, in a text file?

  • My reply has been blocked by the Community filter, until it get’s released, please do a clean install of KIS20.
  • ⚠ When uninstalling KIS19, save License information only, then:
  • ⚠ Check whether any applications installed on your computer are incompatible with KIS20, install KIS20. 
  • ❓ Recheck Dangerous URL alert, if it persists, do my other recommended actions, which will be visible in your Topic when it’s unblocked -  by the Moderators.

i did it, and now application version is 20.0.14.1085(j)
and database is updataed, and system is scanned fully.
after restarting system, the problems still persist.

hi thanks for help
first i did the step 7,and delet the Temp folder, ant it did! :)
after restarting the problem was solved.
i didnt see the kaspersky notification about that damn link.
til now its okay
