Welcome!

[a] Which KTS version & patch(x) x = letter? 

Were there any issues when the Full scan was running? 

[c] Is this a repeat problem, i.e, has this happen before? 

[d] Were the objects locked, in use, during the fS?

  1. Reset KTS to default.
  2. Shutdown the PC, using Shutdown, not Restart, power on, login.
  3. Rerun the Full scan, does the same issue present? 

Please let us know?

Version - 21.3.10.391 (a)

No any issues when the Full scan was running just those results - Object not processed;;Access denied.

When I install KTS first time, it was ok no problem, full scan was running, after couple of dais I start to see those scan results. I reinstalled windows 4x times first scan is ok but after 1 day it happened again no idea why.

1 - No I don’t do software conflict check, I  jus install KTS and worked fine for couple of days without any issue.

2 - When the full scan is running nothing just general web browsing 

3 - Yeah I done all how instructed, but no result seeing those errors again
