Current (March 2021) version of KIS in the UK?

My version of Kaspersky Internet Security is 21.2.16.590(C) on a 64 bit Win 10 Home also on Win 10 Pro PC’s.
I live in the U.K. and I’m concerned that I'm not using the correct National Version!
If it is not corrected - does it really matter? (Or is it just keeping the lawyers happy?)
Does mismatch of Version to Country create update problems?
What is the correct UK version and where can I download it (link please) ?
Do the national versions state which counties they are suitable for before installation?
