Why do some devices intermittently show critical warnings in the cloud console, but when I check the details, it indicates the devices are actually okay, without any warnings? This cycle repeats where the critical warning disappears briefly and then returns. What could be causing this inconsistency?

Gabriel, you need to look at the host events, if there are any with critical warnings.

When i click on this critical device the status shows 'ok', that is the problem

Hello,

maybe a protection report can help. Create it here

Protection status report

Check if the report reflect the status of the device and check the client has a valid and successfull connection to the cloud server. If not the status is probably not correct and reflecting the current situation.

If problem still available I suggest opening a support ticket to deeper troubleshoot.
