Hello,

please re-login and retry as there were some maintenance on KES Cloud.

Additionally try changing the language and create the package. Then change back to your original language and retry.

If this will not work open a ticket with Support. They need:
- Email logging in to Business Hub
- Workspace ID
- Serveraddress
Do not post them here in the forum please.

Hello @Mohd Fazli Azran

As well as above comments this procedure might work.

It sounds like you're trying to create a Windows package, possibly through Kaspersky Security Center or another deployment tool, but it’s not completing. Here are a few troubleshooting steps to try:

  1. Check Internet Connection and Firewall: If this package requires files from the internet, ensure your connection is stable and that firewalls or proxies aren’t blocking necessary files or updates.

  2. Browser Compatibility: Try different browsers (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge). Sometimes compatibility issues can cause failures in web-based applications.

  3. Run as Administrator: If you’re running the package creation on a Windows machine, make sure to run the browser and relevant tools with administrative privileges.

  4. Clear Browser Cache: Caches can sometimes interfere with package creation in web-based platforms. Clearing cache and cookies could help.

  5. Check Logs for Errors: Look for error logs in Kaspersky Security Center or the tool you’re using. These logs often contain error codes or specific information about what is failing.

  6. Compatibility with Security Software: Some security settings might be interfering with package creation. Consider temporarily disabling antivirus or adding exceptions for the tool.

  7. Review Windows Update and .NET Framework: Ensure that Windows is up to date and that the .NET Framework versions required for Kaspersky or the specific tool are installed.

  8. Try Manual Package Creation: If you can’t resolve it through the browser, check if the package creation can be run from the command line or a standalone application version.

If the issue persists, you might want to restart the Kaspersky services or reach out to Kaspersky support with the logs for detailed guidance. Let me know if you have access to any logs or specific error messages—those could help identify the problem more precisely.

Thank you
