Connection Problem with Some Apps on Windows 11 Recently

So I'm having issues related to connection with some apps, especially the apps from Microsoft and Microsoft store like Microsoft 365, WhatsApp and also including some game launcher like Hoyoplay & Epic Games launcher, all of those apps can't connect to the internet recently. I figured out what causing the issue was monitoring of port 433 on my KIS which is it's not a problem before but now i need to disable it in order for the apps to be working again.

any solution of this as i'm having concern regarding disabling the monitoring of 443 port would cause any security risks in the future?

my KIS current version: 21.3.10.391 (m)
