Configuración protección con contraseña

¡Hola a todos!

Instalé la nueva versión de KIS 21.2.16.590 y ahora no me aclaro para poder bloquear que se puedan cambiar parámetros de la configuración con la contraseña.

He intentado poner usuarios en la nueva configuración, pero desde las otras cuentas se sigue pudiendo cambiar parámetros.

¿Me podéis dar unas indicacaciones de cómo se ha de hacer?
