Computer is connected to MyKaspersky portal: Do i need it & what will happen if i disconnect it.? [Closed]

I was looking for something in the settings for K.I.S. & i came across this.”Computer is connected to My Kaspersky portal”.There is also a clickable box for disconnecting from the portal.(1) what is it ,appears to be remote access.(2) do i need it & what will happen if i disconnect it.

Thanks for the link.It does seem to be for connecting remotely.It must be a default setting because i didn’t connect it.I’ve never used it & probably never will but i’ll leave it connected.
