Hi Team.

I send you this message because I have a customer who has installed the Kaspersky Endpoint Cloud and when the installation finish, the product doesn´t update and don´t take the license. 

The error that appears is the follow: "1259 transport level error connection terminated kaspersky"

Could you help me with this error and maybe how can I solve it. I have tested the ports 13000, 14000 and 15000 and are open.

Repair the app
Check your internet connection
 

Try these steps.. sometimes it helps to solve this issue.

Hi,

This error occurred in past versions, and the solution was to access the distribution package and determine the proxy in it again (whether it has one or not), apply the change and download the package again.

This way it should work, otherwise I recommend you open a ticket in Kaspersky Company Account.
