Client website being flagged for phishing

I don't know why this website was flagged for phishing, but I was hired on to build a new website. In the dev process, I was changing the domain from ym staging domain to their actual domain when my Kaspersky Antivirus threw up warnings that the site is dangerous. 

It took hours of chatting with my hosting provider to uncover that Kaspersky flagged the site for phishing. 

I've requested the site to be reanalyzed twice, but there's no response and no confirmation beyond the little green message that shows "message received."

Right now, we've had to cease web development on my client's domain. Is there any way to resolve this? Every site I've built follows industry best practices, and I safegaurd all my clients sites using premium hosting to prevent any form of malicious activity.
