I have a Chromebook and I have resonantly learned I cannot use the web extension but is there a way where I can get Kaspersky on my Chromebook.

Unfortunately, no.

Kaspersky does not support Chromebook OS.

KAV Free, hardware & software requirements shows which OS are compatible.

You can't install the apps, but you can log into my Kaspersky (https://my.kaspersky.com/MyPasswords#/portal/pages/kpm/all) and access your vault. All your passwords are there. So whilst it's not seamless, you just have to copy-paste the password (and maybe username).
