Choice of UI language for Kaspersky Premium Plan

On Turkish Kaspersky web-site for Premium product, the following specs are given:

As we all know, when I purchase via this site, I can activate product only locally (in Turkey geofence/location). But the only offered UI language (in red circle) is Turkish. There only is a startup.exe file for installation. So;

1. Is this startup.exe contain multilingual UI of the product (not the installer)?

2. If I purchase locally (Turkey) can I get or change UI in/to US English; during or post installation ?

3. Further suggestions being confident you get my point...

Kaspersky Türkiye üzerinden login olursanız Türkçe içeriği çıkacaktır. Kaspersky USA veya hangi ülkenin istiyorsanız oranın sayfasına gdip indirme başlatırsanız o yazılım ile kurulacaktır. Lisans konusunda ise sadece aldığınız ürüne etkisi vardır dile etkisi bulunmaz. Ayrıca farklı ülkelere gitmeniz veya VPN benzeri açıkken kurmanız durumunda sorunlarla karşılaşabilirsiniz sadece.
