Changing the language from Japanese to English [Closed]

I’ve got a license for Kaspersky Internet Security but it won’t work when I downloaded the English version of the app, it only works for the Japanese version.

 

Is there anyway to change the language to English? Shift+F12 doesn’t work.

There is localization licence restriction in effect.
