Hello Ahmed,

this is caused by encryption of Websites on a http Website you would see the Message that the Website is blocked by Kaspersky. That this is also appearing on https Sites you have to activate the Module Encrypted Connection Scan.

If Encrypted Connection Scan is not active it looks only like the Connection can't be established to the Site like on your Screenshot.

unfortunately in your solution (KESB Cloud) there is no such possibility (as far as I know)
