Hello @Fusau,

Welcome!

❓ Is this a new install of Kaspersky Security Cloud Free?

If “yes”, check:

System requirements

Software compatibility

If both are ok, uninstall Kaspersky Security Cloud Free, make sure the system is shutdown at the end of the uninstall.

Power on, login, download & clean install Kaspersky Security Cloud Free.

If the issue repeats, run a GSI & Windows logs & attach to your reply?

Thank you🙏

Hello @Fusau,

You’re most welcome🙂 !

Thank you for letting us know the issue is resolved👍

A little bit of “moving forward” guidance: when you need help, tell everything, to whomever is assisting you; layering Kaspersky software will not work, installing Kaspersky software without preparing a system will not work; Kaspersky recovery tools should never be used without direct instruction from Technical Support, cracked programs are potentially very dangerous.

Thank you🙏
