Can't use webcam on win 10 [Closed]

Hello !

When I’m using MS Teams, messenger of FB on web, camera app,…. I must disable protect camera to use webcam. This is inconvenient, how can I fix it ? Can I set an exception for the application ? I don’t want to turn off it.
