Can't send email with VPN on.

I have Kaspersky Premium.  I now can't send emails from Outlook with VPN on.  They stay in 'Outbox'  Any suggestions?

In some cases an ISP cannot identify his own SMTP server and is refusing outgoing traffic , please add Your email client to the Split Tunneling exclusion ?

Thanks Berny - I'm giving that at try.  (Although, one would have thought that email would be one of the apps that would benefit most from VPN protection!)  Marcus

Hi Berny - it might be a slightly different subject but I think you will be able to help.

When I click on the link in Password Manager to install the extension in Firefox the link doesn't work.

the link simply wasn't opening.  It may not like Firefox.  I've got there in Chrome.
