We can't Install the app..
this issue any the new windows...
after we click the installation, don't any action anything..
we has try with update the device and restart on device....

we using Windows 10 Pro

Hello,

it seems the device do not achieve the hardware requirements or there is not enough RAM to start the installation.
Maybe there is another AV Software installed or it could also be that the device is already infected.

Check these points or provide much more information of what you are exactly doing and what package you downloaded.
Perhaps in a Technical Supports case.
