i have problem installing Kaspersky Anti-Ransomware Tool for Business 4.0 on a Windows 10 pc. This is the error message:

Hello @Francesco Cinque.

Please check if there are any leftovers of Kaspersky products, pending Windows updates, uncompleted installations/uninstallations or so in your operating system.

 

Try to use Kavremover tool and restart the OS.
