Hello @HokieJohn,

Welcome!
Please tell us:

  1. MAC OS version?
  2. Kaspersky Internet Security (KIS) version?
  3. Has the Safari Kaspersky protection extension ever worked?

Please post back?

Thank you🙏

Hello @HokieJohn,

Thank you👌

  1. Does KIS 21.0.0464(x) have a patch ? x = letter?
  2. How long has KIS been installed?
  3. Have you uninstalled & clean installed KIS, including a check of system requirements & a check of incompatible applications, if “yes” & the issue persists, please log a case with Kaspersky Technical Support, fill in the Application Malfunction, Protection components corrupted/disabled template below as a guide, include a detailed history,  all recovery steps takentrace files, a System Report and the system.log file & images of the problem

The Support Team normally respond within 24 to 48 hours, by sending an email, the Subject line will have the INC # you’ve created, you may continue to communicate with Support via email; if there is no response from you in 7 days, Support will email you & advise they are closing the INC.

Please share the outcome with the Community when it’s available?

Thank you🙏

Notifications and Devices from the KSC web interface (my.kaspersky) shows this:

KSC and the Recommendations this is shown:

What is the work around for this? I have ensured it is enabled:

In another brief topic ...How do I disable the following Recommendation?

I, like many others in the Apple ecosystem use KeyChain with all of our devices, and do not need another PW manager. KeyChain works beautifully.

Thank you in advance for your help.

If this was posted incorrectly, kindly move to where it belongs as well as notifying me of the move.
