Hello @fsjot

Welcome!

  1. Each time you create a topic, please provide the information requested by @Danila T. in his tutorial Read before you create a new topic!, including full screen images of “VPN not accessible while Kaspersky installed”
  2. Is KVPN the only VPN installed?
  3. Is there any other Kaspersky software installed, if “yes”, name, version & patch(x)?
  4. Is there any Check Point Software installed?
  5. Which Firewall is installed?
  6. Has the vpndisconnectedconfirmationheader_firewall error always existed or is new?
  7. Have System requirements been checked?
  8. Was KVPN installed according to recommendations?

Please let us know?

Thank you🙏

Uninstall/reinstall of VPN seems to have solved this problem for me as well. Thanks!
