Can't delete ReviverSoft

I inadvertently installed this software called ReviverSoft and when I try to delete it it won’t as it says it is running in the background and you must close it first but I can’t.  Help please.

Additional to the advice posted by @richbuff, in the past, on several occasions, we’ve had difficulty removing the same software, to resolve, on one occasion, we successfully used CCleaner & the other occasion, Revo Uninstaller.
