Can't delete infected email [Solved] [Closed]

Hi, 

 

i have an email infected with HEUR:Hoax_Script.mailoy.get and it is in the deleted items folder ,

 

i try to clean the folder but i can't , the outlook freezes and i couldn't delete this email.

 

can you help me.

additionally, you have to delete the infected email ( Outlook\*********\...)

Please give more information: Are you using Outlook synchronized with Office 365?

i found that there is an update for the software and i made it, after that i check to delete the emails and it works for me.
